★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to open my salary account...one lady Ms. Sharma from PB Assistant denied to open my account bcoz i have soft copy of my PAN card. I requested her so many times to see my ITR copy or my credit card statement where my pan card number written but see told me i can't so can't..i called our HR manager regarding this he also requested her 2 or 3 times to oper his account i will provide you all the documents but she's behaviour is too rude. When I was entered in the bank and stand in front of her she didn't even acknowledge me and busy with the phone if you want you can check the camera also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bad experience with hdfc bank staff really I like this bank because of staff I am not happy I went to bank close my saving account because you know very well due to covid I have no job so that's why I wanted to close my account because this time not easy to maintain minimum amount 10000 I was thinking in future again I will reopen my account in same bank but now not many times I went to bank and talked with staff they never satisfied me one of the guy his name was Vishal he was asking me I anger on you and saying you are not understand today I will also go to bank regarding my preclosure account
