No parking Spacing. You have to park on road. ATM is not working most of time.

Worst branch of HDFC network. Rude employee who does not even care to listen questions n queries , regret to open account in this branch. Employees doesnot care about their customers, gives wrong information, about products. Did not recommend at all.

Worst branch of HDFC network I ever seen. It gave me a feeling of Govt bank. Cash deposit turnout time 10 mins and NRI account opening - Branch is not at all interested; WOW. - A frustrated HFDC customer.

The biggest problem that anyone would face is the parking, u have to literally park on the road. Since i don't have an account here so i don't know how the staff behaves. And the chances of getting the cash out of the ? are next to none after 3pm (personal experience ?) .

The worst private (HDFC) bank branch office I found in the India. Staff not educated. Not aware about the bank's Norms. I requested the third party beneficiary Activation for the Bank Employee Kiran Copade. She asked me for an OTP to download the FORM. and she change my Net banking password for the same without informing me. 2nd time i download the form and provided them (HDFC Employee) with duly signed then the bank employee said now its require minimum 8 working days to get the third party beneficiary activated. even if you change the mobile number & address through physical form its require minimum 8 working days to process. This was an HDFC service.

Its basically "SBI ULTRA PRO MAX"! They couldnt even resolve a simple invalid transactions issue with my card. The employee, "ANKUSH" agreed with my opinion to close my credit card and bank account for the issue not getting resolved! The manager, "Bhimjiyani" cries helpless and isnt interested in customer's issues. Doesn't matter if your CIBIL score is 900, they are least interested in the customer. I am in the process of closing credit card and bank accounts with HDFC and moving to the SBI, which is for sure far better than this! Now please don't reply with the template replies to this review. EDIT 1 FOR YOUR REPLY: I insisted on not replying with template reply in the review itself. I have been writing to you since two months, why should I email you again? Anyways, you have lost a customer!
