Not a customer friendly bank. They take advantage of customers ignorance. They say a cheque from a psu bank is mandatory for opening a savings account and cannot be opened using cash at hand. On asking for any written declaration or rule stating anything as such, they fail to provide the same. They just want to avoid responsibility of dealing in cash and ensuring a person's kyc(for which they depend on psu bank).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience at bank. I came for opening salary account. They just do the all process 30 mins. But two star cut for in covid time, employees were not wearing masks inside bank and security was not allow customers without masks. This is hypocrisy.
