β β β β β I went to for bank for regarding to open salary account but there is no proper response from welcome desk staff , He is new guy I don't his name other wise I will mention , Earlier Umesh is there he is good.
But that new give preference only for girls ,when i am asking my query he is not giving proper response ,on that time one girl came ,suddenly he changed his attention to her , continuesly I am asking but no response from him ,he is chit-chating with her . I tried to complaint manager but on that time manager was busy so I came back.
Dear management plz take action on this type of staffs or teach them how to communicate with customers,
It's bank not a park to chit chat with girls.
