★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a complaint against HDFC bank branch- Vijay Nagar, Jabalpur. I have a savings bank account in the given branch. Since I am currently living in the USA, I requested for a change in my registered mobile number from Indian number to USA number at my branch when I was in India. I first made a request on Jan 3rd, second request on Jan 13th and 3rd request on Jan 18th before leaving for the USA. I am constantly calling the Relationship Manager at my branch Mr. Palash Mazumdar to ask for an update but there is no response from him. I never expected such services from HDFC bank and am highly dissatified with the unprofessional behaviour of the staff at HDFC bank branch Vijay Nagar, Jabalpur, MP
