★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class bank branch, bank manager (Kelkar) and his subordinates dnt have basic banking knowledge. They told salaried customer not depost cash into account and send back. rude behavior dnt open account here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really these bank provides supab services. And behaviour of staff is very awsm. My brother was open an account to these bank. The account he opened he join my mother with it. My mother was at home and they needs sign of my mother. So on of the staf member of this bank is come to my home and take my mother's sign on some papers. Really they win my heart

Bank loan procedure are also fast and quick staff make fast moves. Nice team work found in bank. Charming climate in bank that makes customer happy. Must chooses this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is extreme disappointment to highlight this for Shivanagar branch services which is not at all up to the mark, staffs are not aware about their own banking services and we hv to remind them by using our gained knowledge from other sources, also, services like NRO conversion took about 25 days which should be completed within 48-72hrs.. Also, they have updated wrong mobile number which is breaching the privacy as my OTP is received on other persons number, which may lead to frauds and also has hampered lot of my important immediate transactions. I wish that this branch wd take this seriously and upgrade their overall process standard to meet customer requirements and improve satisfaction level.
