This branch have few good employees... HDFC bank itself is good... have only 1 ATM.... some staff members arent so helpful but depends to person to person... i got my statement stamped in 10 minutes

Just visited this branch for Instant debit card and it seems they do not want to work at all. as this was the second time i had to come back empty handed as they do not have stock of the debit cards. This is the worst HDFC branch I've ever encountered.

Very bad service & don't co-operate , specially Cashier; I withdraw cash from same ATM (only 2k notes available) and wanted change of single 2000 rupee note. She said we don't do and it's not my job. After an argument, she said I don't have cash. Also, there were no que & no rush on counter but she don't want to help customer. I really disappointed on this hdfc bank branch (that their service is getting worse because of such poor staff) and don't recommend to visit. Branch manager should look into these small-small issues.

The Branch Manager, Dheeraj ji is a hard working professional person. I have never seen such an enthusiastic and work devoted person. Always ready to help. His subordinates need to learn from him. Thanks Apurv

The contact nos of HDFC banks in Gurgaon indicated appear to be outdated and not in service. Suggest the Bank should periodically update data in all the portals including JUST DIAL.for ease of the customers. One has to waste time unnecessarily without success

Staffs are not in a mentality to get your issues resolved. They just want to get free and sit idle as soon as possible

Worst services ever..! I opened my savings account online. It took them more than 1.5 months to provide me debit card and cheque book.... They blocked my account for that long. Shameless behaviour towards customers.
