There is no option for NIL raiting or negative rating that's why I have given one rating.
I have very good experience with HDFC but this branch asked me to open a Current account which will be free for one year without any AQB charges. So I had open and
But after six month they have deducted 2400/- and then after so many emails and their mistake they given refund told me that it was their mistake. Next month again deducted and not ready for reversal specially branch manager shows that it is government bank. He has no time to revert on email even they misguide to senior authority that they have given me refund..
I will compain to higher level.
I would recommend not to use this branch specially for HDFC.
Otherwise you will face lot of problems.

I have to complete my kyc but no one take serious they are saying pls sit pls sit almost 3 hours gone but no response I feel guilty to open my account in this bank I think less problem facing compare to govt bank but I am wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for opening my new salary account on 2nd Jan 2020, Sat.
The process was fairly simple took hardly 5 mins, compared to any other PSU bank. And Specially Mr Nitish (Backup Branch Manager) was very helpful. The account was completely opened by 6th Jan.
Will update my review more on the further services will be accompanied.
