YOU CAN NEVER RELY ON THEM. TO EVER NEW CUSTOMER DONT OPEN ANY SMALL OR BIG ACCOUNT HERE.
LOTS OF BANK WITH VERY BETTER SERVICE ARE OUT THERE. I HAD BAD LUCK DIDNT READ ANY REVIEW. BUT IF ONE IS READING THIS YOU HAVE CHANCE TO HAVE BETTER OPTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried opening a Current Account with this Branch, submitted all my documents 3 weeks ago. However, Agent of HDFC bank keeps on telling me that he will give me details every other day which is not happening from past 2 weeks. They have taken a Cheque of INR 26,000 from me but after deducting a money now they even ask me sometimes to visit their branch to submit additional documents after 2 weeks of my initial documentation because agent might had forget to submit some document from his end. My work is delayed, time is wasted and still can''t get my account opened yet. Even now, the agent is not even picking up my call. completely frustrated with the services offered by HDFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually i want to give zero star. I have applied for loan and sent my all documents to the branch employee mr. Gyandeep singh. And i am countiniously following up with the person but he always says ki "Kal ho jayega".
All the verification done, salary slip, bank statement all shared with the person along with my official id card but Mr. Gyandeep is always says ki 'Maine to sab Kuch kar diya lekin banch ne mera transfer kar diya or branch manager kaam nhi kar rha.
Really 3din me loan ka vada krte ho or 1month tak nhi mila.
Please do not visit this branch for any loan. Or iss branch ke bharose kuch bhi kaam mat krna nhi to meri tarah preshaan hona padega.
