★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of hdfc from last 15 years or so. My parent branch was in Delhi Mayur vihar before. I never had any problem with anything. But now as I have shifted my parent branch to kangra. There is always a problem to do things now. Let me explain. I visited the branch personally on 11th March 2020 as my old debit card has been expired. Usually it takes 2-3 working days to get a new card. I called 2-3 times already to check if I can collect the debit card from the branch itself. It’s 18th today I still have not received my new debit card. I can see my statement they have charged me 177 rs for my new debit card on 28th of February on my statements. Not happy with their present service??
Unfortunately the owner has provided with an email in his response which is not working as well that shows how serious they are to resolve the problem??
