β β β β β although the representative to whom i spoke she was good but i didn't like the bank policy because i got my money transferred into wrong bank yes it was my mistake that's why i visited bank and bank said no we can not do anything in this.. seriously bank disappointed me this time..

β β β β β No one attended . Counter 7 route to counter 1 and she route to counter 5. He route me back to 7.
While I shout he send me back to counter 1.
She don't know the about max account conversation. She called here and there but no attention toward my query.
Finally I decide to leave this branch. Total waste time is 30 min.

Staff here continued to redirect customers from one counter to another. And all the employee here will not entertain you unless they will find their profit on you.
I came here to link my Adhar card number with my bank account also wanted to know the status whether it is already linked or not, but continued to refuse me by redirecting me from one counter to another. Just because they didn't find any monetary transaction on my request.
So I suggest not to visit this branch.
I'm holding my account at HDFC bank from more than 12 years. And in this duration this is the first time I'm getting such kind of pathetic behaviour from the bank people.
