★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a current account with this branch, my third party payments are off from my account. I have been calling the operations manager Naved and Shreekant sir several times but they never pick up any calls or help me in any way. My business payments are stuck since a year and no one bothers to help. The staff is untrained and don’t know how to handle their work.
I don’t think anyone can run their businesses after opening current account with this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional. I wanted to open an NRO account. First time they asked me to give all my documents and after that I’ve called them and messaged them at least 10 times.
Worst employees ever specially someone called Mr. Hukum who is highly incompetent.
SBI employees are far more productive and professional than these incompetent people. My suggestion is to never visit HDFC bank and close your account with them.
Zero star is not an option so I had to give them 1.
God bless HDFC Bhopal.
