★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC BANK is one of the worst private banks in terms of customer service.This branch is excessively crowded and we need to stand for long hours since there are not enough chairs available to seat.On top of that,the employees are very rude and slow.

In blacklist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank's in Siliguri, does not follow covid-19 protocols, the staff is very rude to you, the security guard doesn't behave properly with you. If you want to get some work done from this bank which hardly takes 10-15 minutes, you will have to wait for at least 2 hrs that too with the risk of catching the virus. No seating arrangements for customers. Don't even dare to come to this bank if you have other options
