★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly /helping staff as far as services concerned specially for senior citizens. best bank in Guna (M.P.) for residents . No issues till date. Thanks to front desk guys !!
however bank location should be changed since on AB road traffic is too high and parking space not enough. highly prone place for accident (Management please take this as priority)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service from Guna branch.Opened a new account which is giving headache from the starting itself.No reply from the branch.After continuing calling them they stopped picking up the call. They assured that my issue will be resolved in 2 days but now it's been 3 months.My account is blocked and I can't use my own money.And there is no method of contacting them.
