While discussion I have explained I need sip advisor told he will invest in multi cap fund taken signature for sip investment , fund deducted with in 1 hour ,but next 15 days he didn't applied any sip im keep on calling he is telling its in process
At final I told I don't want any sip just refund my amount same day I got sms, tata aia fortune pro fund asked some process I have done.
After that I have verified its ulip fund it have almost 9+ % charges I have asked to cancel, he told wait for get bond again
Keep calling he is not responded 1 month gone didn't get even bond , with policy number I have sent mail to tata aia to cancel , so many process I got mail cancellation approved amount refund with in 6 days. Got refund last day but deducted 1100 rs in that also .hdfc bank advisor name srinivas.....don't trust this adviser .....and loos money....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked appointment here for Aadhar update. Reached there before time. Very slow processing for my Aadhar, as they serviced me almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. However, once they did service, it was smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to get the manager’s email ID, as I am an existing customer, but outside India currently. The Bank’s NRI customer service wants me send documents directly to the branch, but after multiple calls, They will not help with converting my RI account to an NRO type. Initially, I was told they couldn’t locate any name or email ID and later provided 2 different names & email ids. One of them bounced repeatedly and the other one did not. Still no one is responding and documents cannot be sent over a phone call. Very pathetic service from a branch that I have had relationship since 1990s. Is everyone technically challenged in this branch with responding to emails? They don’t even have a generic branch email I’d… if the branch manager changes all your emails will go along with him. The history vanishes for the new manager and you have got to start afresh with your case.
