★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LIARS... bad service.
They don't even coordinate with each other, in my case I got to know.
Rejected giving education loan without any reason after 20 days approx. They assured me that the loan will get sanctioned soon, but then they rejected without giving any valid any reason.
I got to know that THEY HAVE'NT STARTED THE PROCEDURE YET and rejected.
They even didn't reply to the mail I asked the valid reason for rejection. Due to which I lost my intake which was very disappointing.
I suggest not to trust them.
I think skipping education is far more better than taking education loan from them.

Pls don't Choose this NBFC, its not a bank. They are none less than Frauds.
1. Since they don't have branches in many cities you have to solely rely on their customer service where you will end up calling them and sending emails, they wont respond. Even not to foreclose your loan. After all they are earning from your high rate of interest.
2. The loan executives are good at the beginning but as soon you became their customer they wont bother your queries and in fact respond rudely.
3.Nothing is transparent, their online portal doesn't have account statement facility every time you have contact customer care who never responds. You will end up getting caught in a vicious circle.
4. Their are many hidden charges which you will never get to know as nothing is transparent and no one responds in fact they will try to confuse you in many ways.
5.Worst staff. Tribble. Pathetic. They are ruining the name of HDFC Brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not even one star ,, its a worst educational loan , first they don't have any communication within there department , they will ask for same documents many times and they will assure you they will do your loan and then after many days they will ask for collateral and again reject the cases ,, strongly suggest never go for the Credila
