★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Health Insurance at Apollo later it got merged with HDFC. Recently I proposed Health Insurance for my dad and mom. They rejected due to health issues but till date they didnt pay my money even after 80 days and I am running behind customer care and their reps to get my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are Cheaters. Cancels Health Insurance policy with out intimation even though premium was paid for till Jan 2023. Cannot talk to claims team no matter how many requests you make. They will not check the claim documents and will reject the claim with out proper reason. They will ignore any calls and mails after that. Customer care people are half knowledge, text book reply machines. They don't care about customer and only focus on porting other health insurance policy holders in to their company. Wasted 5 years and money believing their sales team.
After more than Hundred mails and countless calls to customer care, they didn't even checked the documents and still repudiated my claim. Even they paid deaf ear to obudsman's instructions. there customer care shamelessly accepted that they don't have the grevience team's contact no. and don't know to whom the legal notice has to be addressed.
