I own a home insurance policy from HDFC ERGO that (as per the claim) is certain to give my home and its belongings against fire, burglary, theft, etc. What's good about this policy is that it offers coverage up to five years, so I do not have to worry about renewing the policy annually. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad response from the surveyor of HDFC ergo. They were not taking claim of bumper, tyre and light even after severe damage. It is like their dictatorship that take claim as per their convenience or either accept the partially rejection of claim. This is very pathetic service by HDFC ERGO. company need to deal with their surveyor.
