I am a government salaried person . My cibil record and my profile is very excellent. My loan has already been sanctioned on 6th August 2020 but still now ImI haven't received my loan disbursement disbursement is too late . According to my view very very bad service. Your bank is 6th bank for me to take loan , but your bank's experience is very very bad . In your bank customer"s value is very much poor . For more business improvement in service for customer is very necessary.

Is it a bank?? Really? I think this is the most pathetic experience I have ever had in my life. HDFC will never b late for charging processing fees but never on time when it comes to actually process your loan. It's simply waste of time if you are genuinely looking for loan. I am so disappointed that I can't even compare HDFC with any other co operative banks as well. Bank staff (Ayushi Shah) went on holidays and showed no responsibility in processing my file even when we were in big hurry. P

there was a very professional behaviour of every staff when recently i applied for home loan. they are really very cooperative, supportive and flexible in matter of required documents. guidelines for health safety is nicely being followed here so it is safe to visit also in such pandemic situation.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Please stay away and look somewhere else for your needs. And, if you are an NRI, don’t even think of these jokers. You will only waste your time and energy dealing with these super inefficient folks. I guess any public sector lender would do a better job than these guys. If you decide to go digital (i.e. online loan application with no agent/executive), you may think that you will receive faster response and better service but it's completely opposite with HDFC. They don't even have properly functioning portal. There is a query section which nobody responds to. Email responses take days and that too after multiple follow ups to receive complete response. Their operating hours are also very limited and zero flexibility for NRI customers. NRIs will need to waste their time at odd hours dealing with these folks. Overall, one of the worst banks you will ever deal with. If there are other options (particularly for NRIs), I strongly suggest go for those. HDFC is absolutely not worth your time.

It is very clear why the rating of this branch is 1.9, in my opinion it is overrated, does not deserve that either. I visited the this branch 4 times to pre-close my loan and no luck. 1) Visited on 18-Sep, they said 3rd Saturday holiday, a thing to remember, okay, no problem. 2) Visited on 30-Oct, they just showed some paper posted at Receptionist's desk. How does anyone know before reaching to Reception if it is a holiday or not? 3) Visited on 6-Nov, Security told, they worked on previous Sunday, so they are on holiday. What? How do I know? 4) Got little smarter this time, I called customer care and got confirmation that it is a working day. Visited on 13-Nov, they said, its holiday again. They have some notice posted on the Build wall outside the bank. As a customer, how I know a particular branch is working or not? I tried several ways to reach to customer care but it won't go to phone banking officer, option 6 is missing? We are in the age of internet & technology, if one has to physically visit a branch, how much time and effort and how many times? I feel it's time to transfer my home loan to some other bank and also close my Credit card account and anything that is related HDFC. When a Bank does not understand or care the customer needs or pain, should such a bank deserve a place in this competitive market? The receptionist won't speak English, that is really pathetic, she does not answer anything in English, she is disrespectful and arrogant. It is time for HDFC to answer if it does not want serve people speaking English.
