The bank has not even bothered to write new address at this closed location.
New office: opposite Gajanan Maharaj Mandir, near petrol pump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time when I've availed the services of hdfc for home loan and I regret it. Just to sign documents I have wasted my and my mother's more than 4 hours! They have kept us waiting for 2.15 hrs just to assign us to someone who is wasted our further time as I'm writing this review I'm still at hdfc home loan branch and person who suppose to help us is keep on wasting our time. Disgusting service lethargic workforce.

- Drinking water is not placed anywhere.
- lack of Politness and respect in staff.
- Treat customer like they don't need them .
They don't even offer water to customer even though you ask multiple times.
You can get the all required details by Cross questioning not by their suggestions of signing on the paper blindly.

Please dont apply home loan hdfc home loan very very mislead to custmer and excutive are extra charge for banking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch I have ever seen. No one has proper knowledge. Employee are mannerless. If we ask any question to them they just ask eachother and come and sit in front of us think that customer has forgotten the topic. They don't care about customer's money. When I visited this branch I saw that they were talking loudly with a customer, that customer didn't get PM Avas yojnaa last date update from them. That lady was frustrated, because bank didn't informed them about last date.
