Pathetic service delivery.
Seems like sloths at work as they work super slow... Especially a lady in Gandhinagar branch. They show too much of attitude in arguing and personal telephone.
Yes if you have some references of their senior boss then your work can be done smoothly. Other wise... They will make you feel the all the misery in form of unprofessionalism.
& plz note that. They have higher interest rates. + In floating loan, also you have to pay charges & visit their branches..& waste your precious 3-4 hours even for a little work.
Applied for a loan considering good name but fed up with their services. Call center service are also pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i 1 st Saturday, showing working hours till 1 pm, at 11.45 am now, contact number given in google switched off, for everything, they want that customer should come to thr branch, spend 1hour in waiting and satisfy lenders EGO. decided to transfer loan from hdfc, all the best for hdfc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For prepayment customer care of hdfc ltd is saying visit branch with 6 months bank statement and by visiting branch they are saying we will not take your prepayments because we are planning to take it online after somedays. (day also not confirmed). Means are you really uneducated and unprofessional. There is no co ordination between customer care and branch and in branch no one is picking up the call.
They are charging simple interest on prepayment thats why i selected 1st of may so to minimise the interest charge but they literally denied prepayment from branch.
I have incurred charges on bank account statement zerox and petrol charges to go branch and most importantly precise time in covid situation.
If i lapsed one or two emi, they will hafty charges.
There is no proper communication between them.
Please dont take home loan from them. They are really unprofessional.
I will switch my home loan.
