★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They guys are scammer, force you to pay many hidden charges which is not under rules. Loan unit will force you to hire their advocate for registration, this is completely illigle. I never suggest anyone to go HDFC, please get loan from govt banks or any other bank apart from HDFC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor service. Three Loans closed in first week of February 2018. Emil sent on 16/02/2018 for transferring the original papers to Munirka Branch. Till 13/03/2018 no reply. When enquired, it was informed that no email received. Again email sent on 13/03/2018. Still papers not recieved in Munirka Branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its not even worth for 1 rating. if there is negative rating.. it deserve. very poor pathetic service. you will feel like worse than govt office.
even you have all the document completed then they will stuck your loan sanction for any reason. after showing your proof even they won't be ready.
their executive will make a different reason once you call them on customer care. whatever they will say if you provide that document then next day they will say different document for the same. they wil tell you many many rules as the nameshake of rbi . but you won't get any those rule in rbi even hdfc executive won't show their rule.
don't go for hdfc. take loan from other bank even if they can have slighter higher interest rate.. but that will be fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking service. They are just fraud. I have applied for home loan and after 07 days they informed me via mail that your loan is approved @6.75%. After 20 days on the day of registraion they demanded some document of property, they were sleeping since past one month. I was on short leave so unable to produce that document. Than they offered me loat at 7.8% & I had no choice bcoz I have paid advance money to seller. There are hidden charges of more than 40 thosand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hdfc home loan services are batter comparative other home loan provider in market. Their system is totally different from other home loan providers. They have all services in house like legal,valuation and technical etc. They provide apf services for all builders project, which is very good .But sometimes too much mismanagement in their organisation. They takes too much time in Project apf. They makes process sometimes very much time consuming and cumbersome. Home buyers also irritates due to this mis management.
