★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .registry time face so many issues. so, think before you will go for home loan. after sanction of loan they even do not care for customer neither provide reply on mails. impanel advocates are not responsible person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A worst ever experience, I converted my rate of interest and received the conversion letter on May 1 still charging the same from me since last two months and more ever I left the sufficient amount according to my calculation for both insurance premium amount as well as for EMI. They charged me a bounce charge for their system mistake and spoil my credit score. SERIOUSLY I REGRET MY DECISION OF CHANGING MY HOME LOAN TO HDFC I STILL FEEL LIC HOUSING FINANCE IS A BETTER ONE OR GO FOR SBI HOME LOANS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services provided by the bank. Once the loan is approved they take a lot of time to process the loan amount. The staff is unprofessional. They don't even respond properly. Even though I have complained so many times they are not even bothered to respond properly. The staff keeps blaming other person for not getting the work done and nobody is accountable for the process. Worst customer experience which I have ever faced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not cooperating with many customers who have just 5 min. of work.
I visited with my sister for her loan closure and they told us to wait sometime because their manager: SHIVCHARAM SHARMA is absent & after waiting 1 hour we asked them but they didn't reply normally, when we were recording their misbehaving on our phone they abused us and did violation with me and my sister.
They are forcing us to delete that recording and told us either delete or we never do your work Manager: "VIKAS MORWAL" with his colleague "AKSHAY" both are doing violation with us they grab my hands tightly and tried to steal my phone so that they can erase the proof we have in our phone.After that we are complaining online then suddenly Mr. SHIVCHARAN SHARMA has come to branch which was absent as per the staff informed us.
Kindly request a high priority actuon against these people and staff as well or I'll file legal police complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken a home loan from HDFC. Loan No. is 660051430.
I had been in contact with Mr. Gopal Singh - Relationship Manager (HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd, Madhyam Marg, Mansarovar, Jaipur).
Before sanctioning the loan he told me that I will get the subsidy of Rs. 2.50 Lakh (Approx). He collected all the required documents from me.
But till now I didn't receive any subsidy. Also, Mr. Gopal is not receiving my calls now which is very unprofessional behaviour from him.
Then I went to the bank to know the status, they told me that none of the documents were submitted from my side and now subsidy facility is discontinued and I can not avail that.
Right now I am feeling cheated as your "Relationship Manager" didn't submit my documents (Which I gave him) in the bank till now. His fake promises and unresponsible behaviour has cost me the loss of Rs. 2.50 Lakh(Approx).
From a reputed bank like yours this is totally unacceptable offense.
So, kindly please resolve this issue and help me in availing the subsidy as promised by Mr.Gopal. Else I have to take the route of consumer court.
