Nobody receiving call and not replying via mail also, I did couple of mails on two mail ids for my query but no reply.

All staff not good very bad answer and not a bank only covid hospital

Phone number mentioned is switched off..... Not attending customer properly....... Lack of staff.... Landline numbers are out of service.......

Good service, nice supporting staff but it's at first floor. If lift is off it's uncomfortable to go there for aged person. Normal parking area is also available.

I did the inquiry in December and the reply came today??

Phone no mentioned in not being picked up. then what is it's use to post it on Google, How person can do his work on line without visiting the bank in current situation like CORONA

I rarely visit bank as my most of the work I handle through online portals.. But this time, I had to visit for loan details clarification.. And Guess what!!!??? Nobody was taking the ownership to assist me further what needs to be done!! Even after asking them that the number mentioned to call isn't working still they insisted me to call on that same number.. DISGUSTING!! I am with HDFC since 4 years, never had this WORST experience of No Response!! Today when I entered, the guy who was handling the queue was NOT at all in sink.. I came early still he allowed 2 people before me, Still I didn't said anything.. I was SHOCKED when the security guy came and said that we need to send this Customer (that is me) as he is waiting from so long, then he sent me to the help desk.. That guy called another guy who was trying to deviate me from the resolution I was looking for.. I would have never ever visited this branch but my loan has been sanctioned earlier from this bank that's y, I had to visit!! I would NOT recommend people who come from outside JAMNAGAR.. or outside Gujarat to visit this Home Loan bank as this branch is not having the appropriate staff and facilities.. This was an truly disgusting BEHAVIOUR & APPROACH!! There are no direct contacts to reach out on phone call, It was total waste of my time & energy!! I understand that sometimes there are a few things which are NOT in hands of the current executive, SO we need to guide the customer with correct contacts and emails where we can approach the correct individual but Here they just wanted me to no to ask many questions and leave as soon as possible.. I was VERY Proud to say that I have an account with HDFC and I have suggested so many of my friends that with HDFC I don't have to struggle much for my matters but today my experience was horrible that I need to really think before coming back to Jamanagar for any concerns specially to THIS BRANCH.. Parking is another issue here!! It took, approx. 7 minutes to get an space that's also on half road, which can lead to traffic jam due to my vehicle parking!! This BRANCH is NOT appropriate for LOAN approvals or details discuss!! I know a few people might not understand English, I'll post an Hindi review too shortly!! But yes I would NOT recommend anyone who is looking at my Google review to make a visit to this branch for any loan discussion as you will surely regret as I was able to sense that ppl are less trained in this office as for a small concern they had to discuss it with 3 different people for my query with NO Results!! Totally Disappointed and loosing my trust on HDFC now, As my salary account is linked with HDFC, I am still greater expectations that the other branch would NOT do the same to me or else, I won't any other options to switch to some other banks!! You guys can see that there are MORE Number of negative reviews about this branch as compared to other which means there is some PROBLEM with staff training, behaviour and Assistance options.. Pls don't waste your time for loan discussion at this branch, rather try to directly call someone from maine head office of Ur State!! They might be good option as compared to this branch!!

Trying to contact them from last 2 days calling them endlessly but no body is lifting calls.
