★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avoid taking loan from these banks if possible go for repo rate linked loan . These banks do not decreases interest rate for existing borrowers in fact increases interest rate which is unethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visit yesterday the office of HDFC loan department where I am meet a madam and told that my interest rate is higher so what I can do, she told me that I sent you a link from which you pay the particular amount to reduce your rate of interest today I receive 4 PDF files and there is no link to pay the token money what is the meaning of PDF files

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ... I have sent chq for repayment of loan account on 28th May but till date chq was not deposited and also people of Kota (vigyan Nagar) office not picking phone....Disgusting .....
My suggestion nobody take any loan from HDFC Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience every time I visit their branch. No one wants to do any work. Only time they will talk to you properly is when you are taking any loan . After that no service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems HDFC says if you are a customer we dont need you . You need us . Staff is non professional and never call back . It seems HDFC is doing favour on us. If any of the staff whom we deal like FD , loans... if they pick up my phone as a customer i will give HDFC Kota office a party. Bunch of uneducated fools

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is not even a single guy in this branch who can provide " A COMPLETE INFORMATION" related to customer query on call or face to face meeting. I have taken home loan from their branch and my home is 120KM away from quota. For each query, I have to travel 120 KM for any query and still, I got incomplete information. These guys don't have value for customer.
And staff is so bad if there is any problem because of their own mistake then they start blaming customer for that.
