★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If Possible I would have given them half a Star, worst customer service ever -- right frm the branch manager to trh subordinates should be replaced,poor communication, they do not know their process and misguide customers, the time I visited them I had multiple customer complaining but when I experienced it is when I felt the pinch -- Delay got me so frustrated that I could get depressed...Humble request to replace the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch for disbursement purpose, took a half day from office so that my disbursement is completed. These guys made me wait for 3hrs to call me and then asked to come next day, I actually felt like a fool, not only this when I left I heard them laughing. These people have no respect for their customers and their time. Even employees from there said that they do this especially with the people whose cases are from other HDFC branch. Really pathetic unprofessional people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This HDFC LTD Branch not even eligible for 0 stars. I had visited the branch today and I was the only customer in the branch. After waiting for 45 mins nobody turn out and when i asked the reception they asked me to share my number and their executive will call me back. Such a irresponsible and unprofessional way of handling a potential customer. HDFC LTD management still not learned a lesson from this branch in spite of worst review from customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional, I am sitting at last stage of documentation, signed relevant papers but they are not able to decide on reduction of interest rate whereas I had put query for the same 15 days back but no action from them and now at this stage informing that you buy home insurance from their associate then they will consider the same. Now they have come up with proposal that I should pay another processing fees of 4.5 K and they will put up the proposal for interest rate reduction for approval. Wha
