This is my complaint which I sent to their upper Hierarchy. Hello Team, I am sending you this mail regarding my today's pathetic experience at HDFC Home Loans, Address: GROUND FLOOR, RAWEL PLAZA, KADBI CHOWK,, KAMPTEE ROAD, NAGPUR, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440004 office. I would like to start from starting, so here is my story/experience. My Name is Rijul B Pujari, aged 27 working as a Software Engg in an MNC. I was inrested in a property(flat) so i made up my mind and thought of purcheing it. The flat cost me arround 35 lac. For Loan i had two options LIC and HDFC. As my builder was inclement towards LIC i went with LIC and got the Property. As it was my very first loan i was eligible for pradhan mantri awas yojana, but due to some issue it wasn't getting any clarity from LIC over that, So i thought HDFC would help me with this. So i called Shrinivas from HDFC home loan, seeing my case he said that i am eligible for it and he will help me out with it. So i transfered my loan from LIC to HDFC seeking for a better customer experience and pradhan mantri awas yojana . Initally i was blowned away with the customer service they were providing. They did all the paper work, took money as processing fee, and at the time of signing they said that you rules are changed and now suddenly i am not eligible for pradhan mantri awas yojana. Never the less i thought at lest i will have a better customer service, but sadly i realize even that didn't last long. As soon as i signed the loan document suddenly everyone's attitude changed towards me. As the loan was initally with LIC, all my original documents where with them. Today i got all my original document so i went to HDFC HL office to submit it. It was 2 o'clock when i reached HDFC from LIC, the guard said that I need to wait for an hour as it was lunch time, so i went out and came back after an hour. When i reached there, at the reception i said i need to speak to Mr Pravin (To whom i need to submit the original document). He said i need to wait for 1 hour at lest to talk to him. I said that i just need to submit my original document and that's it. He refused and this time he said NO in a very arrogant way. So i came out and called Mr Pravin on office land line, He picked up the phone and i narrated him my problem. But he very RUDELY said that he is very busy and what every your work is you need to wait and he hung up the phone on me !!! IS THIS IS HOW YOU DEFINE "HASSLE-FREE AND CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY SERVICE " ??? IS THIS IS HOW YOU BECAME "PIONEER OF HOUSEING FINANCE IN INDIA WITH OVER 35 YEARS OF LEADING EXPERIENCE" ???? IS THIS IS HOW YOU DEFINE "MOST EXPERIENCED AND EMPOWERED PERSONNEL" ???? Is this the way to talk to your customer, by hanging up on me ???? They say that the best publicity is mouth publicity, is this the way you guys want it to be ??? This is not done at all !!!! I still have my original documents with me, i would like you guys to have some one sent at my place and have them picked up coz i have had it enough !!! I wont be going through any more humiliation !!!!! You need to take some action before its too late.

Worst behaviour ever experienced in any bank. Especially would like to mention the extremely unprofessional behavior of your staff Mr Pravin Rao. Do not recommend this branch or this person for anyone

I had availed Home Loan from this branch back in 2020. All the process from applying to dispersion of loan amount was quick, streamlined and convenient. They kept us informed on the progress of my loan application. Post dispersion it was very easy to make EMI payment. A big thanks to Mr. Pravin Rao who understands my situation and helped me in prepaying the full loan amount. Overall my experience was great, super easy and seamless. Everything went at fast pace helping things close early. All employees of this branch has been very easy to work with. They are very professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. Especially shout out to branch manager Mr. Pravin Rao who always ready to go beyond to help customers.

I am fully satisfied with the services given by this HDFC Kadbi ChowkBranch, Nagpur. They are very co-operative, attentive and punctual about their services. They offered me very reasonable home loan rate with lots of easy handling facilities and many flexible options to make easy home loan installments. Special thanks to Mr Praveen Sir, my home loan Personal Relation Manager for making this hectic task so Easy for me. I am pleased with all services.
