★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AS PER HDFC LTD ,I HAVE RECEIVED LOAN OFFER FOR 6.95 RATE OF INTEREST BUT AFTER DISBURSEMENT HDFC CHANGE MY ROI FROM 6.95 TO 7.15.
AFTER THIS, I HAD REACH YOUR NIKOL BRANCH AND I MET MR. JIGAR JOSHI. BUT THEY SAYS THIS IS IT.
AFTER ONE HOUR SETTING THERE I AM MET MR. VIBHOR DUBEY (NIKOL BRANCH MANAGER) I SHOWED THE OFFER LETTER, HE SAID WE MADE A MISTAKE YOUR RATE, WILL BE CHANGE IN 2 DAYS.
18 DAYS DONE , BUT STEEL MY ROI PROBLEM NOT SOLVED .
I AM SENDING MANY REMINDERS BUT BRANCH MANAGER THEY SAYS TODAY IT WAS DONE. BUT I COULD NOT SHOW IN MY HDFC APP. . ALSO I AM TRYING CALL BUT NO ONE RECEIVE CALL IN BRANCH.
THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUD BY HDFC BANK LTD. THEY GIVE CUSTOMERS TO 6.95 ROI, AFTER DISBURSEMENT IT WILL GIVE 7.15, AND ALSO INCREASE THE INSTALLMENT.

2. They won't respond you back from their official email ids.
3. The only option is to visit physically. And I bet that wouldn't even resolve the issue.
4. I had made request to change my EMI on September 7th. I paid the charges for the same. They promised that the changes would be applicable and the new EMI would be deducted in October cycle. From Oct 25th to be precise.
5. The only other way is to visit them again.
Ridiculous services.

The Manager of branch doesn't seen responsible to make services better. The Phone no. they have provided are only like show pc.. it seems government offices are providing better services then this Nikol branch.

Very pathetic management all the hidden charges will be disclosed once u have started the procedure so that customer can't opt out from home loan requested. At the date of disbursement I was requested to pay 20,000 in order to get disbursement cheque.

Almost 2 months and still loan amount is not credited yet.
Don't even take any loan from here.
Even SBI can approve any loan before this
Very much disappointed with service.
