★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, and Lier people (load executive) are here.
They speak with you very good before your loan process, once it approved they doesnt even answer your call for your any support.
I have very bad experience with one of their sales executive, he promised me to support for my requirements but never attends my call or nver answer on whats app.
I will not recommends anyone to go with this Bank who is having such fraudster who gives you false commitment to just achieve their Targets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded place... Requires too much waiting time to arrive your number to avoid that you've to go before their work starts but then also you can find people already there. Parking space is limited. No online facilities for emi payment if you missed emi. In Covid-19 pandemic restriction waiting time has increased even more but that we can understand considering only 5 persons are allowed at a time. Home loan process is bit difficult that other banks particularly ICICI home loans. Please make it user friendly and make things accessible to end user for every small work we've to visit bank which is not always possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why pune system is very bad. People are advancing but these banks are still living in 80's. I have visited this place. Have to wait for hours outside. I cannot say bad about HDFC bank but I can surely say this branch manager has to improve his functioning. Never wanna come here again. Very worst customer service experience.

If there have been negative rating option I will definitely select that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even making customer to enter in branch. Such a pathetic customer experience. Better every one should give chance to other banks. Even customer care number or landline are also kept busy / engaged.

You need to get the token from downstairs guard, and depending upon the rush (in my case after 15-20 minutes) you will be asked to go to 1st floor where staff people will call accordingly to your token number on one of the counter.
Downstairs waiting is an open area, personally I would rather wait in open area than in crowded closed room.

1) No waiting room or space for customers , they need wait outside or in the parking
2) appointments given on mail or sms are fake.. you have to wait atleast for 1hr outside even though you came before time of appointment.
3) security staff is arrogant.. they will give you gnyan (knowledge) on how to be patient.. they will never listen to your queries
4) one good thing I observed is that bank staff is very co-operative.
5) overall it's worst experience for me
I don't want to visit chinchwad branch in future .. my advice to you is that think of other banks who treats you better or always read reviews before applying loan application
I don't want to give even 1 star.. but no option
