โ โ โ โ โ very bad experience on request for change in ROI on existing home loan on request made online on HDFC portal. I paid the fees on time, transaction of fee was confirmed, however there was NO change in ROI & EMI from April 2021. and no one is picking the phone. Disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ I would have given less than Zero but Google does not have this option hence 1 star.
Pathatic experience more than three times.
The timing is displayed till 5:15am . They do not allow you to enter at 4:18pm..
The lady spend 10min nto explain that will not able to address your query but not able hear 2min query.
This is worst than Government bank. They close door at schedule time and stay to address all customers who are there in the branch before closing time.
May be they don't need customer any more.

โ โ โ โ โ These staff will never respond on phone, though customer can try any number of times calling to provided office number.. And really all staff members are rude.. I assume they think they provided loan to all of us from their pocket..

โ โ โ โ โ I wish there was an option to provide zero stars ratings. HDFC loans provides a worst service with zero sense of concern for customers best interests and benefits.
The processes and systems incorporated by HDFC limited are tedious and not customer friendly. They let customer struggle in a hope that customer give up and HDFC loans continue to benefit.

No minus rating otherwise this bank branch deserves minus reviews.
I came with my wife and 2 children for disbursement.
For my baby I asked u for baby feeding room but your room is occupied by hdfc employ more than 1 hours. People comming one by one for lunch.
Later you suggest to use room which is near washroom, wash basin for feeding for my 5 month baby. My baby is crying continuously so my wife used that room which has big window, wash basin besides and washroom also
Your room is continuously occupied by your employee.
Is this culture of HDFC bank to treat Mothers.

โ โ โ โ โ I have requested for some information on mail a month ago, nor they have the courtesy to reply nor they are responding to phone calls. Until you get a loan they are very supportive and proactive in selling services. Wish I could rate zero. Yeah I am still waiting for any reply.

โ โ โ โ โ Very happy with the customer service and always been like that since the last so many years whenever I have visited the magarpatta branch . In fact i am very surprised to see such a poor rating on the reviews section.
Right from the security person, so house keeping to customer services executives to the branch manager , all see to be in synch and the place seems absolutely fine
