★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and people as simple as that, it's for hdfc brand name that we get into trap and tend to forget that organisation's are run by people and some people are not simply ment for customer service. From executive to manager in specific branch are living for one and only purpose, harresing customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience I have had with HDFC bank ever. I had previous loan with HDFC Vikhroli branch and those guys were awesome. People here are not rude, to be clear... but getting work done here is apparently a pain.. Waiting time is definitely a problem as other reviews says.. which is still tolerable. It's been 20+ days since we submitted documents and have been following up with this branch for loan disbursement and still there is no response.. no response for emails or calls either.. they said it would be done in 4-5 business days.. with a small baby our whole family has to visit the branch multiple times and waited hours and hours.. still it's not done.. it's so frustrating.. it's up to you if you want to deal with this branch or not.. definitely not me in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. Difficult even to rate 1 star. They are not matured to handle the center. Caution to everyone, try to choose any other Branch, even if its bit inconvenient to commute, if possible..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The picture says fill up a service request form for document copies via email, BUT you cannot do this online. You CANNOT ask for a copy of the form unless you meet a representative. Queuing time is upto an hour. Nobody picks up call center numbers. Pathetic customer service in general..
PS: no token system so if u want to save time come in early

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I am HDFC Bank customer for very very long time and have visited multiple branches across Mumbai & suburbs. Except this branch, all are exceptionally good. Customer Service here sucks. It basically gives you feeling of SBI.
