★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Guys never buy policy from HDFC bank. Service is very terrible. No one aasociate friendly to help. I visited this place to cancel my term plan policy but they forcing me to there is no form available to cancel the policy. They advise me just failed your premium your policy will be cancelled. But I need cancellation to get new policy. So that reason I have not get any new policy. If any one buy HDFC policy that sure they will not get approvad. So I suggest never buy any plan from HDFC bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the front office customer relations persons were excellent and attended to our request immediately. but the organisation has failed me totally. myself and my wife had taken policies and faithfully paid yearly premiums. to our dismay we could know that the amount we are getting is even less than our yearly premium of five years. leave aside return on your corpus HDFC LIFE had deducted amount even from your paid amounts which is in there account for 5,4,3,2 years and last premium. there is COVIT debacle for less than a year and the stock market hd rebounded by DEC 20. but they failed us miserably. we had lost heavily and we will not recommend any of our known persons to waste their money in HDFC LIFE. we are contemplating to approach the Ombudsman to address the issue for the holders with them. anyway we the retired person had burnt our fingers . Thanks for your time for reading this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had a HDFC life policy and She breathed her last on 19 of Mach 2021.In July 21,We came to know about the policy and started the process of claiming the assured money.Initially we couldn't provide policy but from the very beginning the branch office in BD block and particularly Mr Arindam ( Sorry I forgot his last name) helped us a lot.He is very very helpful and cordial.After submitting all our documents along with the application we got the money within four days which
Is remarkable
Unlike other services of HDFC,this service of HDFC life is far far better.Thanks Mr Arindam once again.
