★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer care center and irresponsible HDFClife staff.Dont know the basics that needs to be answered . From August i have been trying to get an answer. All i get is write a mail to customer.srevice. These people dont know anything beyond an email id. Dont take any loans , you will regret later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website says the office is open till 2PM. When I went their at 1PM they said it is closed and ask me to come later. After lot of arguments and showing their office timing in the website they accepted to process the request. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. Didn't expect this from hdfc life. Need to thing twice before going with hdfc in future. Same will be recommended to my friends and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 3 stars for some good response from Susheel. Otherwise this branch deserves least stars. In his absence others in here talk to customers unprofessionally. Blames us for their mistakes committed. For ex : auto debit mandate was rejected twice but blames me for auto debit not happening.
Probably better manager could have prevented this.
One more thing that I experienced is Accounts team donot respond soon to online transactions , cheques donot get cleared soon , auto debit activation gets rejected at back end even after following up at office which causes lot of trouble for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely dissatisfied with hdfc life online. However a visit to the branch and Mr Shivkumars excellent service and prompt update restored my faith back and I changed my rating. Such employees are an asset to the company and a boon to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small office and a few staff. Found it quite efficient. I went for premature withdrawal of one of my life policies for which I was persuaded to continue the policy citing lot of advantages doing so. However, upon explaining the requirement of funds, they did understand my position and processed my application expeditiously. I appreciate their concern and intention. Very much satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited HDFC Life office, Rajajinagar 1st Block, Bengaluru on Jan 4 2022.
I am an existing term insurance policy holder I had few queries so I had visited the office to check with staff and based on the info from them I had to decide on changes in my plan. I interacted with the staff then received all required information so ended up leaving my plan unchanged.
I would like to thank staffs there as they are very good, responsive, knowledgeable, delivers info with clarity.
