★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. They are cheater. Delivery date of my parcel was 27th January and today is 8 February and they have not yet delivered my parcel. Also they lied, fake signed in my name and lost my parcel. My brother continuously went there for three days but the headmaster not only disrespected him but also not gave him the parcel. I warn them, either they deliver my parcel at my home as soon as possible or I will file a complain against them at higher authority.

You will receive the slowest service.
Rude behaviour of staff.
Customer relationship manager doesn't care about customer opinion. And many more worse service.
Government of Bihar really doesn't care about this place so does the officers here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head post office of gaya district located on G.B road. A big and clean buliding for a variety of purpose. There's option passport service too. All the facilities are good including speed-post, revenue tickets, post services also the baking service offered by india Post.
