★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today it was raining but the Post Office staffs prevented people from entering the post office premise whereas it was totally empty.
People were standing outside in queue in rain. When I protested about this, then the staff allowed people to enter the premise and stand in a queue while maintaining distance. Before this the entire hall was empty and people were standing in a queue outside in rain.
Also the staff doing Speed Post was so busy talking in phone that he didn't bother about the people standing in queue. This is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdwan head post office located near Curzon Gate, G.T Road. Service is good. Behaviour of the staff is also very good. Aadhaar related services is also available here. Speed Post service is really fast. One big problem here is that there is no separate passbook printing counter.. it's really harassing
