β β β β β We stayed a night in a double bed room. The smell was strong as the room and bath were very humid, which we understand but the window was not openable and the electric ventilation was not a great help, even working for hours. The hygiene was not good either, for exemple the toilet seat was ok clean but not the top of it or even inside. Our shower was broken, it worked but leaked. The sweeper was dirty and broken too. The toilets in the main hallway were just dirty.
In Headquarterβs defense, we did not voice our concerns, we should have, but at first glance it seemed ok.
Also the nice picture of clients in the big garden by the fire, building all lighted up,... that is not at all the way it is now, please look at the other pictures.
We left a day early because of schedule reasons (the area was to be blocked for Trumpβs visit, which they of course had no control about).
But staff was nice, breakfast fine. Location is pretty nice, close to the Taj.
The 2 stars really go for the damp smell and the poor hygiene of the facility. My guess, regarding the other reviews, is that we had a bad room, and should have step up and ask for an other one.

β β β β β The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

β β β β β Best hotel in mid range.. very close to Taj East gate walking distance by 15 minutes. Best location.. The owner Mr Abhishek and his father was very helpful for everyone he's provided a auto rickshaw with minimum fare by traveling also guide a me to visit a best places in Agra.

β β β β β Awesome and cooperative staff. Hotel staff Mr. abhishek is very helpfull person. Even we were checkout he allowed our luggages to be in hotel till 2 pm without charging for it. Only Wifi is a problem otherwise everything was good.

β β β β β No coordination from staffs, no maintenance , I will say 0 maintenance of room and other services, don't waste your money and time over here, better move for other hotels.
They are even confused between their own staffs.
