There’s someone called Prashant who I was suppose to coordinate with and he does not answer calls or calls back nor messages back to WhatsApp. When the report was generated I struggled to get the pick up address of my report. 0/10 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they promised to provide NIPT report in 15 days, now they told in one month. Paid 15000 for this, no tracking id no response from them, no mobile number provided, and which they provided no one picking up the phone. This one month assurance from hospital side, from lab no assurance nothing. They didn't know the reports belongs to somebody's life also.
