★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Minakshi knows her area well and she treats patients after understanding the health concern. Even she explains about the treatment and what treatment will help in which area of the body. I got treated for knee after getting hurt and was unable to walk but after 2-3 sessions pain reduced more than 60%. I felt very relieved. The clinic is very nicely maintained and I recommend to other patients as well.

She is very passionate and dedicated towards her work, patient recovery and satisfaction is what matters to her more than anything else. If you looking for a Physio Centre with good hygiene, managed appointments, ample space to maintain social distancing and a truly rich experienced physiotherapist paying personal attention to each patient, Health and Physio is the clinic to visit.
I have recently taken sessions for frozen right shoulder and I was surprised and equally pleased to see level of efforts she was putting in recovery, this helped me to recover fully very quickly.

They are experts in their field and I strongly recommend this place for physiotherapy. They also suggests exercises to recover in a better manner and provide good assistance at their center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Minakshi & Dr Reena diagnosed my problem in a very effective manner and given me the best treatment in their10 days physio session. Both are very polite, calm and they know it very well how to take care of their patients. Special thanks to Dr Reena as i had lot of queries regarding muscles pain and she clarified all my doubts and also guide me about the exercise for shoulder strength which is quite helpful in my case. They both are doing a great job being a phyisiotherapist and i highly recommend this clinic .. Well done.. ..You both are superb..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave birth to my daughter and after that wa getting a body massage. My lower back got huet really really bad because of a bad masaage. I went to 2 physiotherapists but waa not satisfied with their explanation or treatment. Then i googled more therapists amd extensively read reviews.
Dr Meenakshi deserves eveey single good review she has posted by people. She is better than what expectations i had. She's so patient, gives you proper time and attention. Takes time to explain the problem and is so so experienced. I feel so much better after therapy sessions with her.
To anyone who needs to hear or read this, please go to Dr Meenakshi without any hesitation. She's definitely the best in her field.
