★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with them, ordered medicines for delivery in dLF phase 5, even after 5 phone calls and repeated follow ups the medicines were not Delivered. The person kept saying that the delivery boy has left ...guess he disappeared along the way. Poor poor experience , never ordering from them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered medicine at 10pm, made me wait like they are delivering it. I contacted them again at 12, still they were like the delivery boy is out for delivery, no information after that. And next morning they just don’t take up the call. Bad experience.

Called them yesterday afternoon to check if they can help me with BP reading ? They confirmed that I can come.
Reached their 30 mns later and they refused completely. They said they have machines for BP reading but it's available for sale and not otherwise. Strange. Why would you confirm at phone at first place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had several bad experiences with them. There delivery time is anywhere between 2-4 hours for a place just 500 m away from the pharmacy.
Umpteen calls and excuses every time.
Just today took 5 phone calls and 3 and a half hours to get a medicine delivered. Sadly I couldn’t get it anywhere else so had to depend on this very unreliable store. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely shocking to see that a person working at a pharmacy doesn’t feel any need to wear a mask during current times. Even after politely asking him to wear a mask, he refrained and is immaturely putting himself and others in danger. There was no email address/ any other communication where I can share this with the owners therefore I am left with no choice but to share a review and a picture. I hope the owners will take action and counsel their staff to wear a mask when serving the customers!
