★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very painful for me with my knees giving me a lot of trouble and doctors suggesting knee replacement as the only solution. A visit to Dr Arpan’s physio centre revived my hopes and now after about 20 days, my pain has not only reduced drastically but I am also able to walk 2-3 kms daily. Dr Arpan explains his treatment well and has a very professional and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful non invasive treatment centre for joint pains etc. Dr. Arpan and his team of three young physiotherapists are very professional and know their job. They pinpoint the issue, explain what it is all about and treat it well. Friendly and helpful too. The machines are state of art and the clinic is neat and clean. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Health First clinic for right knee meniscus tear. I had terrible pain while sitting or standing for long and it had starting to bring me down morally.
I explained to Dr.Arpan that I don't want to give up my activities because of my knee problem. He and his colleagues gave me confidence and advise me not worry .They started tailor made program suitable to my condition and my MRI results .
With in first week of my therapy the pain subsided and during next week my therapy was blended with mild exercise.At the end of third week I am totally free from pain and I am permitted to do my routine work and yoga.
Going to Dr Arpan was a great experience .Dr Arpan and his colleagues treated me like a family member.It was a memorable time of my life.

I approached healthfirst with recurrent and this time long standing shoulder pain (the pain which I could feel even when asleep). With thorough examination, my problem was diagnosed instantly and with all the latest treatment modalities and personalized exercises, i walked out of here pain free within just a week.
