I have been chasing since 2months but I, have not receive any product nor money

Now a days most of the medical stores give 5-10% discount on medicines. I was expecting the same.
And I asked for the discount and they said that they give discount to only regular customer.
I only used this store for urgent need of this medicine. Will never go to this store again if it's not urgent.
I am however getting the same medicine with good discount in online store.
Obviously I will look for my profit and will try to save as much money as possible.
