★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined health plus usmanpura from september 2021.This is the best gym i have ever seen.workout at health plus is the best part of my day. I feel very energetic in the gym. The vibes and music is awesom in here.all the trainers are very proffesional and well trained and best part is they all are physiotherapist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People say post menopausal weight loss is difficult …. But Health plus did it for me …. My age is 49 and when i joined HP my weight was 74 and in 5 months i reduced 13 kgs. And this was after my knee ligament surgery . When i joined i was suffering from severe knee pain and knee range limitation but now i can run and jump and i am completely pain free. I feel stronger and healthier . The PT sessions are just worth it and i highly recommend it . Thank you Health Plus for changing my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in two gyms prior joining health plus and compared to the other two, this gym is by far the best and helped me to achieve my goal for fitness. When I started here, I was 95kgs but with the help of health plus trainers, I have reduced 10kgs and reached 85kgs. The main advantage of health plus is that the trainers here not only focus on weight loss but they also focus on the fitness of individuals. Kudos to the gym and the trainers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 24years old professional cricketer I have been coming in here since 3 month even in this small time spend I could find a difference in my fitness level and my game I like the positive enrgy that the place has and the friendly atmosphere the fitness experts are. Physiotherapists here who guides well according to the needs of each individual. Loved the assessment and programme making here. Highly recommend it to every other sports individual.

Measurement are taken on regular intervals to track progress. Not at all expensive compared to facilities provided at the center. Must visit once.
