★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a RTPCR for my dad through MediBuddy. This Lab was supposed to send someone at 7.30 but no one has showed up till now. Their lab shows as OPEN on google but the phone is switched off. This is the least what is expected from a lab which is supposed to be responsible for collection of RTPCR swab sample which is critically important to someone who is depending on you to know what should be his/her course of treatment next. Absolutely irresponsible. I wonder how to get a hold on to these guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made a booking with these guys for test and sample collection for today 7:30 AM. They have already taken the money in advance during the booking and no one has contacted me till now. Their phone number is switched off throughout the day. If they don't respond I will take it to the consumer court and also tweet it everywhere .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our last trip to India , they did all our test when we travelled between states and the final one before coming back to USA . Always in time for pick up , timely reports and awesome customer service. I highly recommend this place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. I needed a covid test on short notice and they offered to come take the test at home on the same day and provide results next day.
Very pleasant to deal with and accommodating. I highly recommend these people for any tests you might need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iss mahan laboratory pe kabhi bhi na jaye. So untrained staff they have. The guy injected me 3 times at different places to take a blood sample but didn't find a vien. Wrist pe bhi injection mara, jahan koi blood vien hoti hi nahi hai. Ultimately when I scolded him to back off and was about to leave, some senior guy came and it took only 3 seconds for him to find a vien in my elbow. Basically, they have put untrained staff in the front office. Now today my wrist is swollen and is hurting.
