★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Health and Wellness medical store at Military Road, near Seven Hills Hospital. Tried to charge me Rs.1000 more on bill. Delivery person tried to play smart by giving bill of Rs. 3000 + even after knowing it had things missing in delivery bag that amounted to Rs. 1000 +
It was my luck that I double checked the bill and list in it then found out. When highlighted to delivery person he tried to play inocent though he knew from begining that he did not get the entire units as listed in bill. Had to escalate to store again and tell them that we wont make payment for incorrect bill with missing thing as per listed. Only then store person sent it.
Every customer needs to be very careful and vigilant of this medical store as this could be their smart way of charging people who trust and dont double check thinking it is just a medical store.
Very Unethical way of trying to cheat people and make money doing such fraud.

Everyone Be very careful to check your bills, date of expiry and exact product if being sent as order placed . Ensure you have not been overcharged or something listed in bill but missing for which you pay thinking the store must have given in delivery bag.
Always double check and save your hard earned money.
