★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional nurse. Don't know how to do dressing also . I needed a dressing on my palm thumb. The dressing they did , did not last for even 4 hours. It loosened up and started comming out from my thumb. And they charged 150 for doctor consultant which has not needed and 100 for dressing and to my experience i hv been charged 50 on other well known clinics. I do not suggest this clinc for any medical help.

Quick assistance and golwilkar Metropolis blood work is very much clean and quick reports compared to any other facility. Friendly staff and qualified doctors available quickly for check up makes Healthbay great addition to our neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors at the clinic are good but the problem of the clinic lies at the reception staff. Very poor coordination done by reception staff between patients and doctors regarding the appointments. Posting the review after my 3rd bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an actual face to face consultation with a doctor and you gave the appointment even though he was not available. After reaching there, the receptionist asked whether we want to talk to him on the Phone which makes no sense since we were already there. If we wanted to talk on the phone then we wouldn't have booked face to face consultation and travelled all the way to your clinic. Plus the receptionist was not very friendly and made us wait alot for the receipt. You should understand that the patient isn't feeling well already and try to be a bit friendlier at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away. Money is only thing they care about. From high charges for consultation, unnecessary medical tests and sonography to eventual selection of hospital. All is planned and premeditated. The only thing they care about is money.
From beginning to end. I wonder where is that money going. Riches. Doctor serving here only filling pockets. Humanity s end - healthbay clinic

Dr.Neelima maa'm is caring n loving doctor that I ever met. I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

The interaction at the Frontdesk, consultation with the Doctor, administering injections by the nurses and swift payment at the cashier's counter: all were very smooth. I felt that they cared for me as a patient. Thank You, Healthbay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen visited many clinics and hospitals in Pune. But health bay is unexceptionally one of the cleanest clinics. We were consulted by Dr Neelima, she was very warm, supportive and explained really well on every problems.
Also, the staffs are very friendly and supportive. What I like in healthbay is it's spacious, clean and very warm. And the staffs are very ethical. We will revisit in case we need anything related to maternity.
