+ Knowledgeable staff who knows the difference between an athletic workout supplement and a gym workout one. Let them know, if you do an intense athletic workout or just a regular gym workout, they can suggest supplements accordingly
+ Price is same as mentioned online on healthkart website
+ One can ask various questions from the staff, and he or she'll be addressed nicely
- Non availability of a few flavours or variations of a product
- (Obvious one) if a product is not available on their online website, dont expect it to be available here
Well, tbh after reading a few bad reviews about staff of this store, i decided i'll still check the store out for obvious reasons that it's a genuine healthkart store. I was attended by a guy who didn't seem to have much knowledge on recommending supplements according to various workout methods, but he had enough knowledge to suggest a few supplements if one is into a gym workout. To my surprise, he turned out to be a nice guy unlike what a few reviewers said.
I got confused and i had already taken a few minutes talking about different products. Then the head of that store came back, he seemed to have answers to all my queries. I had let him know that i had used a nitrotech performance protien by muscletech. They didn't have what exactly i asked for, but they had alternatives backed up by statements that made sense. Anyways, I wanted to try something new as well.
Then i let him know the kind of workout i do for which i needed supplements (intra-workout and post workout). My workout includes warm up with various kind of push-ups, chin-ups, squats, and boxing jabs and footwork drills including jump rope doing double unders, side swipes, criss-cross sprint (Floyd Mayweather type) etc.
Overall, I'M satisfied with the products sold to me. I bought a bcaa pro as intra workout which is very essential for an athletic workout, and a blend protien by muscleblaze which doesn't taste good though.
P.s. Im not sure if a shaker bottle is also provided for free after buying products online but I was given a complimentary shaker bottle as well.
