★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in goa and you are in urgent need of rt-pcr report for catching flight,look no further..I was very stressed because wasn't able to find a place to do the report. Then came across Healthkey from google.. and from the very first conversation,they were polite and most importantly very much eager and ready to help. Got the report within 24 hours. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most unhygienic and unprofessional experience I have ever come across. The technician didn’t know how to draw a vial of blood. As he inserted the needle, there was blood all over and he panicked. Then he is using his bare dirty hands to cover it. The blood soaked tissues were just being stuffed his backpack openly without any protection. He was lying about sanitising his hands as they just came from the bike and entered the house and I was looking at them from upstairs. Gross medical negligence and after complaining, the compensation they are offering is Rs. 400. I suspect there technicians are unskilled and don’t have the license to practice yet they are being sent for sample collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am going with my sister for blood tests then i saw HEALTH KEY LAB Really very Best neeat and clean Lab in mapusa. All staff are professionals and kindly in natures. The Boy drow our blood very nicely and after drawing blood put bandage also. My sister have some skin infection so i want report early. They giv me Report same day evening and start treatment also now she is ok because Reports get on time Thanks to DR PANKAJ and His team.?? GOD BLESSED YOU ALL??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally fraud lab. Sent an untrained, unqualified person to collect my wife's blood for testing. He did such a bad job that blood squirted all over, on the mattress, on floor. She has been sick all day because of their medical negligence. And the staff is blaming the patient saying "you have too much blood there". Totally unscientific response from untrained non medical personnel. The person didn't even wear gloves. And how does the lab respond? - by telling us they will not charge the home collection fees of Rs. 400 (wow, how generous of them). Will be filing a police complaint for attempt to murder on lab and its owner and management.
