★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally do not recommend to anyone looking for cardiac related services.
Though they claim to have a team of dedicated doctors just to confuse you and everybody differs in their statements.
The hospital charges are pretty high as compared to any other metropolitan hospitals but with least experienced and rude staff , it adds further.
They cannot even write proper english in death certificate and the only explaination they have is that it's human to commit error.
Now with such lethargic attitude , how can somebody even feel safer to get his/her ward admitted over here.
Please always take second opinion and move to a better place.
It's obvious for them to have security at all stages in the hospital otherwise everything will get exposed.
The attendants in the CCU can be seen chit chatting amongst themselves with no concern towards the patient's. Even patients know that they are at the mercy of God if they have to survive.
They can only thrive to do business in that region because people are not aware of their mindset.
The moment you mention that you want to have second opinion or want to shift your patient to a different place , their behaviour changes. One of the senior most doctor mentioned me that the health condition may not be the same , if you are planning to move out . And for them , he was a just a cash cow , minting money for the hospital in the name of world class treatment.
I repeat , they can only thrive because of people ignorance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Himanshu Gupta: We met Dr Himanshu Gupta General Surgeon last month for my father. His way of handling patients is excellent and so soothing that the patient feels good about recovery. Thanks to Dr. Himanshu Gupta and his team . It's very well mannered staff good coordination (Dipika ma'am co-ordinator) with patients. Tania Roy (Nurse) assisted very well and taken good care towards patients. Overall experience is satisfactory. ???

I would like to share my feedback for services of the hospital was very good.The behaviour of all Doctors, supporting staffs and Nurses were very polite, humble and soft spoken. I'm very much thankful for their quick service process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing the review for "Death hospital".Yes, you heard it right. My aunt was all good, talking to other family members,had her breakfast. She was admitted because she vomitted blood. Unprofessional doctor and his inexperienced team took her for endoscopy. She went walking in all good position. Doctor didn't allow anyone to be with her for the test. Suddenly, after the test doctor said she's on ventilator. Can you imagine, a person going all healthy for testing and never returning. We trusted doctors with everything and they destroyed our lives. My siblings are left with no parents. SHE DIED AT THAT MOMENT ONLY WHEN THE TEST BY HIGHLY MISTAKEN PROFESSIONALS WAS DONE. THEY COVERED THEIR MISTAKE BY PUTTING HER ON VENTILATOR. Adding more surprise, doctor said she has two percent chance to survive and we need more blood. They wanted to give blood to a dead person. Summing up the entire episode, please don't even have second thoughts to get your loved ones admitted here. You will lose them and the regret will haunt you forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever seen. Each and every facility provided with inhumanity. 90% of critical patients come back with dead body. Staffs at emergency department are very careless. MRI staffs are rude and non-cooperative. My parent was fit and normal. They killed my father-in-law at the time of carrying out brain MRI. Govt should have strict health protocol to regular verify this nonsense hospital. Don't go to this hospital, ther are here to kill you to earn mone money. That's it.

The doctors way of handling the patients is excellent and so soothing that patient feels very comfortable and confident about his recovery. The management is quite impressive. I strongly recommend this hospital to my friends and relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Health World Hospitals, Durgapur, West Bengal (India) is a 300 bedded tertiary care hospital inaugurated on 25th August 2017 and is situated in the heart of the city with close proximity to the NH2 (Kolkata-Durgapur Expressway). It has 24 hours lab facility, CT Scan and MRI Scan are available. Facilities available here are - Accident & Emergency, Anaesthesia, Cardiology, Dental, Dermatology, ENT and many more.
The front or entrance is too congested. Reception Area should have been more spacious along with increase in head count of staff in Reception. Facilities are well equipped but the Reception Staff miss the courtesy to inform full procedure to patients which in turn increases the repeat queue and questions from patients. Ward boys are really helpful. Washrooms and Pantry are well maintained. Doctors Pannel also has good options. Overall it's an affordable hospital for General and Critical Care.

Good Hospital, Good Facilities, Good Emergency Service and very good at emergency care. You can get all doctors under one roof.My overall experience with this hospital is very good. It is equipped with modern facilities, overall staff behaviour was good.very much satisfied by their treatment.very clean and hygienic hospital.The canteen provides very cheap and good quality of food....
