The account team does not have any knowledge of TPA, what package to take or not, do not know whether to take 55% aaprovel and are asking for 45% patient. If you want to see TPA service, then look at Narayan Hospital, they ask for 95% payment, CK Birla also asks for the same amount. Eternal Hospital. Manipal Hospital. Fortis Hospital. And look at the hospital service, it seems that you are standing near a village accountant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not at all satisfied with the services of this hospital specially during covid times.
My Nani got admitted in the hospital they didn't even did their covid test.
Whosoever is coming to the hospital no one's temperature is being checked before entrance.
The aprons which are given to attendants are used by many people and are not disposed after being used.
If you want your family to be safe , please keep these points in your mind before visiting it.

Even interns of government college are better than this hospital doctors.
Even cleaning staff of government hospital is more knowledgeable than this hospital nursing staff.
Even guards of government hospital are better than this hospital reception staff.
FOR THESE HOSPITAL THERE IS NEED FOR REGULAR "HUMAN ETHICS" AWARENESS PROGRAMS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience... some of the nursing staff is so arrogant that they never reply any of your questions... even to get the drip change or remove it have to call ppl atlest 5 times... nothing is explained by them... very unprofessional behavior... a person is already in stress when his near one is in hospital and above that this kind of arrogant attitude is very bad...
To be avoided...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give in negetive rating.Guys dont go there he is just fraud and making money only everytime he and his staff will make you confused for the stunt it will be 2 every time and they will put 1 only at the of opration to keep open for another opration in every 2- 3years you have to visit there for the stunts and they are making you fool for money only. Guys avoid him, dont go if you dont want to be fool. Rest is your choice i have shared my experince pls avoid him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospitals, I have ever experienced in my entire life after this experience looks like government hospitals are far better than this. One of the worst staff in case of support, they always treat patients as they are doing their treatment for free of cost.
My full salute to Mr. Mukesh Sharma assistant of Dr. Prakash Chandwani, he treats patients and his family members like he is the one who is funding this hospital and pay all bills of every patient. Not a single manners how to behave with patients family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, as a matter of fact, nobody intends to visit any hospital, one visits only in pain.
But this hospital actually treats you like a family member. My father who is 80 now, had to visit the hospital, Dr Sandeep Sharma did all the efforts and checked him thoroughly.
What a gentle behaviour. Further the nursing staff Shri Ram Singh ji did all the dressing with so much of care a soothing words to the patient. I can only say that they all are living upto our Indian culture and "Sanskar".
Many thanks to them.
The reception area seemed only place where the management still have to work upon, whether it's inadequate staff or their "Sarkari" attitude. Cuz they are putting the name down.
Trust this is taken as a real feedback.
