β β β β β Having diagnosed with multiple blockages itwas quite disheartening n I was preparing mentally fr bypass. At this juncture I was referred to Dr Madan by a friend. Frankly I decided to meet Dr Madan with not too much of hope. meeting him was very reassuring n I decided to go ahead with his advice.at this juncture also I was adviced to take more opinions which I decided against. By now I developed complete faith in him.Good that I did that because I'm feeling very nice n hope to recover soon his simple n confident approach gave me great self belief.

β β β β β I would like to thank Dr . Hemant Madan. Who was wonderful at the time, when my mother was admitted under his supervision . He was very precise and described the entire process very patiently To our entire family . He also gave us time to think about it and was in no rush. He took great care of my mother and explained us the entire process after the procedure . He used to keep us informed everyday till the time she was admitted about her progress .

We have been visiting Dr.Madan for both my late father and my mother ( currently 91 yrs old)for over a decade.
Dr.Madanβs pragmatic approach to administrating medical care is very clear and straight forward, making it easy for the patient and family to follow his instructions.
All medical procedures have been expertly done with extreme care.
His calm and patient manner instils confidence in his abilities and prepares you well for the path forward , specially when caring for the elderly.

β β β β β I still remember at the age of 26 when I was first told I had a heart attack in the morning, the anxiety I was going through. But doctor Hemant in his very calming way, talked to me right through the procedure giving me assurance asking me how I was feeling and before I realised what happened, the procedure was successful and I was much more calmer. Since that day, I have always gone to him only for follow up consultation and everything and I have a very high respect for him. Rest regarding your hospital my wife breathed her last in your hospital. But I still remember the day I brought her to your hospital in emergency I could not dream of having a better look after in emergency . All the staff was very cooperateive
Regarding you nursing I had a bad experience the female staff was very rude .but the male staff was quite satisfactory.
